Typographic Animation
Overview
Create a announcement video for a song release using typographic animation as the main element. I decided to go with the artist Charlie Puth for my project and the song "Attention". I decided to do a music video drop trailer that would be release on YouTube.
Approach
I first did research on the different kind of typographic video that currently exist on the web. After that was choosing a suitable font for my video. I went with a San Serif fonts for its readability as most of my type would be in motion and having the easiest font to read would be best. For the pace of the animation I went with matching the pace of the music itself. For the color choice I went with I single color so that matches the energy of the song.
